UK CUSTOMERS
- All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class
- There is a £2.50 charge on all orders under £50
- Next day guaranteed shipping is available
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
- We are able to ship all orders internationally. All orders will be sent tracked. The shipping cost is calculated on the total weight of your parcel and the cost will be automatically calculated during checkout.
- There are two shipping options at check out Royal Mail tracked (7-14 days) and DHL Express (3-5 days).
- International shipping can occasionally take up to three weeks (Royal Mail). Please contact us if you have not received your parcel after 21 days.
- All our pricing is in British Pounds (£). For international customers please refer to the link https://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/ for currency conversions. The exchange rate fluctuates on a daily basis.
- Customers outside the UK may be liable for customs and import duty and product restrictions. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
